Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Quality Operations Specialist, Safety Dense Risk & Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy ML and Gen-AI models for issue discovery and quality assurance
• Identify emerging on-road issue trends and develop data-driven strategies for monitoring and discovery
• Define and document policies and SOPs that integrate AI tools into operational workflows

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations
• Experience in all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle
• Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance
• Ability to learn and implement new concepts quickly
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good judgment
