Software Quality Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Quality Operations Specialist, Safety Evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models for issue discovery and quality assurance
• Identify emerging on-road issue trends and develop data-driven strategies for monitoring and issue discovery
• Act as a subject matter expert to ensure the adoption of AI/ML advancements in quality processes and provide technical leadership

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations
• Experience supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle
• Knowledge of ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance and performance evaluation
• Ability to quickly learn and implement new concepts and tools
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
