Software Quality Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Quality Operations Specialist, Regulatory Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models to improve issue discovery and quality assurance
• Identify emerging on-road issue trends and develop data-driven strategies for monitoring and issue discovery
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and consultation to enhance workflows and quality processes

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations
• Experience supporting all phases of the machine learning development life-cycle
• Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance and performance evaluation
• Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while maintaining good judgment
