Software Quality Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and technical implementation of safety triage workflows, the full-time remote Software Quality Operations Specialist will leverage advanced operational and machine learning techniques to enhance issue discovery and quality assurance in autonomous driving technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and apply automation techniques for complex safety triage workflows to ensure scalability as operations expand
• Serve as a subject matter expert on human-in-the-loop ML systems, optimizing model performance through high-quality feedback
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deploy innovative ML and Generative AI models for improved issue detection and triage efficiency

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree or 7+ years of relevant experience in AV Software Quality Operations or ML Operations
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects across various technical partners
• Competency in all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle, including data preparation and validation
• Experience with ML testing, dataset quality assurance, and performance evaluation using statistical metrics
• Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations, with the ability to learn and implement new concepts quickly
