Software Quality Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Quality Specialist II to oversee the quality of products produced by the Software Development Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define testable user stories, including test cases and acceptance criteria
• Review automated test cases and monitor software logs for quality improvement opportunities
• Triage and track bugs, leading after action reviews to enhance QA practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with relevant products or similar positions
• 1+ years of experience reading and understanding programming languages
• 1+ years of experience with database querying (e.g., SQL or MongoDB)
