Software Release Engineer

Job Summary

Software Release Engineer, this full-time position is responsible for planning, executing, and governing the release of software binaries and associated data files, ensuring compliance with release processes while collaborating with various teams to enhance release quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and govern the release of software binaries and associated data files
• Manage the creation and validation of engineering Work Orders independently and collaborate with teams for authorizations
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned and mentoring peers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in software release engineering
• Experience with release processes, compliance, and documentation accuracy
• Familiarity with automated driving and active safety software is preferred
• Ability to stay current on emerging technologies and industry practices
