Software Release Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer, NPR Software & Features.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate software release readiness by collaborating with various teams to assess delivery needs and mitigate risks
• Assist in creating documentation, checklists, and playbooks for the Member Experience team's NPR program
• Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate product launch success and forecast potential contact volumes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing software launch readiness for Customer or Member Experience teams
• Experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures, Checklists, and Playbooks for CX/MX
• Strong technical knowledge of software development processes and quality assurance procedures
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
• Strong customer service orientation
