Software Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Software Reliability Engineer will investigate, diagnose, and resolve operational software issues impacting Warehouse Management Software (WMS), ensuring seamless performance across both automated and manual facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to operational issues affecting WMS functions, analyzing system logs and error reports for quick resolution
• Debug application code and collaborate with QA and development teams to identify and fix bugs or performance bottlenecks
• Utilize monitoring tools to proactively set up alerts for failure patterns and improve system observability

Required qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar operational software
• Proficiency in debugging application code and workflows
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog or equivalent
• Knowledge of SQL for developing scripts or queries related to system diagnostics
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
