Job Summary
A company is looking for a SW Sales Account Manager I to manage and renew Enterprise License Agreements with strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead renewal and transformation of Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) and manage a portfolio of ELA customers
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure product adoption and build trusted relationships
- Maintain understanding of the product portfolio to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in strategic account management or enterprise software sales
- Strong understanding of software licensing models, particularly ELAs and term-based agreements
- Ability to manage complex, multi-product deals and navigate non-standard contract terms
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
