Job Summary

Driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction, the full-time remote Software Sales Manager will lead a team focused on new business acquisition, customer retention, and platform adoption within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own team revenue objectives, managing new business acquisition, renewals, and customer retention
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and mitigate risks
  • Provide coaching and support to sales teams to improve effectiveness and achieve revenue performance
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in SaaS direct sales leadership within life sciences or pharmaceutical regulatory industries
  • Strong understanding of software and pharmaceutical regulatory environments
  • Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading sales/account teams
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools
