Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Managers, the full-time Inside Software Sales Manager (DPMS) will engage existing customers to drive revenue through structured sales processes, coaching, and performance management in a software sales environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team focused on driving revenue from existing software customers
- Implement a structured sales process, coaching the team on prospecting, account reviews, and closing sales
- Track team performance against key KPIs and provide regular coaching and training to improve sales effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager for an inside sales team selling software (SaaS)
- Strong background in coaching sales representatives and driving accountability
- Experience with structured sales processes and prospecting
- Ability to collaborate with senior management on sales strategy execution
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
