Software Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Security Engineer to support corporate platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write code, and deploy technologies for corporate security functions, including detection & response workflows and vulnerability management
• Automate processes at scale to streamline security engineering and operations tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence internal security strategy and respond to security incidents

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, security engineering, and/or security operations
• Proficiency in Python programming, cloud computing (e.g., AWS, GCP), and version control (e.g., git)
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, and security technologies such as SIEM & SOAR
• Experience securing enterprise systems and working with remote, globally distributed teams
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required
