Software Security Engineer
Job Summary
To support software security initiatives, the remote contract Software Security Engineer will perform non-SaaS Windows software reviews, articulate security requirements, and provide exceptional customer service to requestors.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct non-SaaS Windows software reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and standards
- Clearly communicate conditional security requirements for application reviews to stakeholders
- Deliver exceptional customer service regarding software review processes and findings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Expertise with Microsoft Windows and common Windows application conventions
- Familiarity with various pentesting methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of common security weaknesses, including the OWASP Top 10 for desktop applications
- Experience with reverse engineering and debugging tools for Windows
