Software Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Solutions Engineer to support and enhance software configuration management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot BMC AMI DevX Code Pipeline source management system
- Complete documentation (training and technical)
- Work independently and collaboratively with management, system programmers, and developers
Required Skills & Experience:
- BMC AMI DevX Code Pipeline experience
- Proficiency in REXX/CLIST, JCL, and ISPF (Panels, Skeletons)
- Experience with DB2/SQL and COBOL
- Familiarity with z/OS tools (IEBGENER, IEBCOMPR, IDCAMS) and mainframe file structures (QSAM, PDS/E, VSAM)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and security tools like RACF/ZSecure
