Software Solutions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Solutions Manager who will lead the design and delivery of technology solutions in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Business Solutions team across .NET, Power Platform, and related integration technologies
• Define and champion enterprise standards for the adoption of AI and automation technologies
• Own and manage full solution lifecycles from discovery and design through delivery, adoption, and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum seven years of experience in enterprise software development or solution delivery
• At least three years of management or technical leadership experience
• Proven success leading hybrid development teams using .NET and Power Platform
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or Dynamics are desirable
