Job Summary
Seeking a remote full-time Software Solutions Technical Specialist, this role will manage support for the installer hotline, address deployment-related issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for the installer hotline and manage incoming calls from field technicians and certified installers
- Support the definition, development, installation, and testing of software systems and applications
- Conduct remote software installations and deliver end-user training as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical program, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT Systems
- 2+ years of experience in a support role, ideally within a call center or field service environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Server and Client Operating Systems, SQL Server databases, and Microsoft Networking Fundamentals
- Hands-on knowledge of DevOps toolchains, including frameworks for Android and iOS platforms
