Software Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Specialist to support data processing and system integrations within the CRStar platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain T SQL code within SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining accurate documentation
• Provide Level 2 IT support for the CRStar product and collaborate with team members to validate data conversions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technology-focused role, ideally involving SaaS configuration or technical product support
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience working in a healthcare environment (clinical or administrative)
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting programs such as MIPS, MSSP, HEDIS, or Stars
