Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution via email, phone, and web
  • Perform in-depth technical investigations and document incidents in the tracking system
  • Work collaboratively with developers, account managers, and project managers to communicate customer needs and release information
Required Qualifications
  • College degree with 2-4 years of technical support experience, or an Associate degree with 3-4 years of related experience, or a High School diploma with 4-6 years of related experience
  • Prior experience investigating software issues and familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Ability to understand and explain technical information
  • Strong client focus and collaborative work style
  • Experience with SQL and/or XML files is preferred
