Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Software Support Analyst will manage user support tickets, perform quality assurance testing, and create documentation for proprietary software while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point-of-contact for support tickets and triage issues reported by users
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to gather information and resolve software issues
  • Create and maintain documentation in the internal knowledge base regarding the proprietary software system
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in a software support role
  • Associate of Arts degree or higher preferred
  • Experience with CRM software preferred
  • Strong ability to create detailed technical documentation
  • Proficient in using computers, email, and digital communication tools
