Software Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Cloud-based Data Analytics software
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis of product or environment issues
• Track and document actions taken to address production issues and develop best practices for handling requests

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience; MS preferred
• Working knowledge of Java and Spring framework required
• Experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL
• Eagerness to acquire new skills in genetics
