Software Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Platform Support Engineer - GPU Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for complex cloud platforms in collaboration with internal teams
• Define and enhance operational workflows and support processes
• Triage customer issues, escalate as necessary, and collaborate with the Site Reliability team

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related fields (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience supporting distributed software systems and end-user platforms
• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP
• Background in Infrastructure, Networking, Storage, and DevOps scripting/tooling
• Understanding of data storage technologies
