Software Support Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Software Support Engineer will operate and maintain core production and development applications, ensuring high-quality service delivery while troubleshooting issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and product performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and support production and development applications while collaborating with Engineering and customer teams
• Identify and lead initiatives for process and product support improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various environments, including debugging enterprise code

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash
• Solid understanding of application architecture and CI/CD processes
• Proficiency in Linux environments and infrastructure management
• Experience in troubleshooting through log analysis and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with alerting tools and documentation practices using tools like Jira and Confluence
