Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support Manager to lead and develop the Software Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the Software Support team to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Monitor and resolve customer support issues in line with SLAs and KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing process and workflow efficiencies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in a customer-facing IT role, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience managing large teams and leading complex projects
  • Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Expert knowledge of healthcare IT products and customer needs
