Job Summary
Providing remote support, the full-time Software Support Specialist will resolve end-user issues, manage ticketing processes, and deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with team members.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer phone and web-based support, resolving issues and logging them appropriately
- Build strong relationships with end users through professional and timely communication
- Document updates on assigned tickets and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of phone and/or web-based support experience in a customer support environment
- Proficient user of Microsoft applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work during core hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, with occasional evening and weekend availability
