Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate application behavior while collaborating with the software development team and end users
Perform EDI system configuration and integrations for B2B data exchange
Assist in troubleshooting efforts and maintain documentation for knowledge management

Required Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in software support, reporting services, and B2B data management systems
College diploma or university degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of programming languages, including C# and T-SQL
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and integrated development environments like Microsoft Visual Studio
Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and EDI
