Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support Representative to provide customer solutions and support related to their products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve software queries to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the Analyst team or Software Support Manager when necessary
  • Identify customer training needs and organize training sessions to enhance software knowledge
Required Qualifications
  • Educated to HND level in a computing-related discipline or up to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Fully conversant in aspects of healthcare and the company's domain, products, and services
  • Working knowledge of database principles, such as SQL
  • Basic SQL knowledge to troubleshoot scripts and provide solutions
  • Expert troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage difficult customer situations effectively
