- Answer inbound calls from Franchisees and Customers, providing technical support
- Diagnose and resolve software issues remotely using internal systems and tools
- Test software updates and assist with transitions between Point of Sale systems
Required Qualifications
- Advanced experience with Windows operating systems and PC hardware
- Experience with SQL tools and environments
- Ability to learn proprietary software applications quickly
- Experience with remote PC support tools
- Availability for on-call responsibilities outside normal business hours
