  • Diagnose and resolve software issues remotely using internal systems and tools
  • Test software updates and assist with transitions between Point of Sale systems
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced experience with Windows operating systems and PC hardware
  • Experience with SQL tools and environments
  • Ability to learn proprietary software applications quickly
  • Experience with remote PC support tools
  • Availability for on-call responsibilities outside normal business hours
