Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Support Specialist to provide technical support and enhance customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software and hardware issues through various communication methods
- Execute customer success functions, including onboarding and fostering customer relationships
- Document customer interactions and train customers on proprietary software and hardware systems
Required Qualifications
- Four-year Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Dairy Science/Animal Science preferred
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Experience within the dairy industry required
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft products
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM products preferred
