Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support Specialist to provide technical support and enhance customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for software and hardware issues through various communication methods
  • Execute customer success functions, including onboarding and fostering customer relationships
  • Document customer interactions and train customers on proprietary software and hardware systems


Required Qualifications
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Dairy Science/Animal Science preferred
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Experience within the dairy industry required
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft products
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM products preferred
