Key Responsibilities

  • Handle escalations from Audiology Technical Support and Consumer Connectivity teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical software support environment
  • Experience with high-tech or medical device products preferred
  • Knowledge of hearing aid fitting software or networking is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
