Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Support customers with software and connectivity inquiries related to hearing aid technology
Handle escalations from Audiology Technical Support and Consumer Connectivity teams
Provide troubleshooting support for Bluetooth and wireless accessories

Required Qualifications

High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Software, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in a technical software support environment
Experience with high-tech or medical device products preferred
Knowledge of hearing aid fitting software or Noah applications is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
