Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support and Connectivity Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers with software and connectivity inquiries related to hearing aid technology
  • Handle escalations from Audiology Technical Support and Consumer Connectivity teams
  • Provide troubleshooting support for Bluetooth and wireless accessories
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Software, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical software support environment
  • Experience with high-tech or medical device products preferred
  • Knowledge of hearing aid fitting software or Noah applications is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
