Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Support Specialist to provide basic-level support for software issues and client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and resolves client inquiries regarding software issues while providing excellent customer service
- Uses and programs SQL to address basic to moderate issues and communicates with all parties involved in issue resolution
- Collaborates with the development team on client issues and contributes to the company knowledge library
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a software support role or systems knowledge is preferred
- Experience with Finance, Payroll, or Utility Management is a plus
- Basic knowledge of database structures and experience with relational databases or SQL is preferred
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office
