Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support Specialist to provide basic-level support for software issues and client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoots and resolves client inquiries regarding software issues while providing excellent customer service
  • Uses and programs SQL to address basic to moderate issues and communicates with all parties involved in issue resolution
  • Collaborates with the development team on client issues and contributes to the company knowledge library
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a software support role or systems knowledge is preferred
  • Experience with Finance, Payroll, or Utility Management is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of database structures and experience with relational databases or SQL is preferred
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office
