Job Summary

Software Support Specialist provides full-time, hybrid support for financial institutions by managing and resolving client cases related to ACH and wire processing software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a frontline resource for software support on the SilverLake ACH and wire processing platform
  • Manage and resolve client cases through a case management system, providing high-quality support
  • Troubleshoot processing issues and guide clients through system functionality
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in back-office banking operations, specifically with ACH and wire processing
  • Hands-on experience with payment-related inquiries and processing issues
  • Ability to work in a client-facing support role
  • Familiarity with case management systems
  • Must reside within approximately a 70-mile radius of designated office locations
