Software Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the development and maintenance of applications, the full-time temporary Software Support Specialist will provide technical assistance, configure survey content, and collaborate with data specialists in a remote setting for one year.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support application software development services, including coding and testing
• Follow program logic for new applications and make modifications to existing applications
• Provide technical support throughout the lifecycle of customer-specific technology products

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• No prior experience required beyond the minimum education requirement
• Equivalent education, training, and/or certification may be substituted for experience and education
