Job Summary

Working remotely with a set shift time of 12:00pm-8:00pm PST / 3:00pm-11:00pm EST, the Software Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to system users across multiple countries, troubleshoot issues, and document communications effectively.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support to system users via telephone and email while documenting all communications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, escalating to relevant teams when necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in Customer Care
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Prior technical support experience, especially in IRT or a related field, preferred
  • Computer-operating skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving
  • Multilingual skills preferred
