Job Summary

To support a global user base, the remote-capable Software Support Specialist will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and document communications during set shifts from 12:00pm-8:00pm PST / 3:00pm-11:00pm EST.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support to system users in multiple countries via telephone and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues while maintaining clear documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for system users
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Prior technical support experience, especially in IRT or a related field, preferred
  • Computer-operating skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Multilingual skills preferred
