Job Summary
To support a global user base, the remote-capable Software Support Specialist will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and document communications during set shifts from 12:00pm-8:00pm PST / 3:00pm-11:00pm EST.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to system users in multiple countries via telephone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues while maintaining clear documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for system users
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior technical support experience, especially in IRT or a related field, preferred
- Computer-operating skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Multilingual skills preferred
