Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Support Team Lead to manage and direct day-to-day activities of the support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and lead daily standup meetings to address open issues and escalations
- Manage team calendars, approve PTO, and ensure adequate coverage of support queues
- Develop annual goals for the team and conduct quarterly coaching sessions with team members
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of supervisory and customer service experience
- Knowledge of supervision, help desk functions, and basic accounting skills
- Experience with installation and training in hardware and software
- Basic QC testing and project management skills
- High School Diploma or GED
