Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support Team Lead to manage and direct day-to-day activities of the support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and lead daily standup meetings to address open issues and escalations
  • Manage team calendars, approve PTO, and ensure adequate coverage of support queues
  • Develop annual goals for the team and conduct quarterly coaching sessions with team members
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of supervisory and customer service experience
  • Knowledge of supervision, help desk functions, and basic accounting skills
  • Experience with installation and training in hardware and software
  • Basic QC testing and project management skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
