Software Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Software Systems Engineer will design, build, and maintain C#/.NET/AWS backend services for high-volume healthcare EDI transactions while actively participating in the software development team and contributing to shared platform libraries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain backend services for EDI transaction processing and cloud-native systems
• Debug complex transaction-level issues and write optimized SQL stored procedures
• Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and ensure application performance and quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development using C#/.NET technologies
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with MSSQL or similar relational databases
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud platform familiarity
• Proficiency in using Git and development tools like Visual Studio
