Software Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Technical Lead for the Applied Skills Assessment Platform (ASAP).

Key Responsibilities

• Define the technical architecture for assessment capabilities, including challenge delivery and scoring infrastructure
• Architect containerized CTF-style challenge environments and integrate reporting layers for performance insights
• Lead engineering teams, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure platform reliability and security

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role
• Experience building and shipping assessment platforms or EdTech products at scale
• Deep expertise in full-stack development and cloud-native architectures
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams of 5+ engineers
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available
