Software Technical Lead, MLOps

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Technical Lead, Machine Learning Engineer focusing on MLOps infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement AI/ML priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Design and implement advanced ML infrastructure frameworks and tools
• Establish best practices for model integration, deployment, and monitoring using CI/CD principles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years of related experience
• Experience with End-to-End MLOps pipelines, model deployment, and CI/CD for MLOps
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
• Familiarity with data processing platforms and ML libraries such as Apache Kafka, Spark, Pandas, and TensorFlow
• Experience in maintaining scalable MLOps platforms and supporting production systems
