Software Test Automation Manager

Job Summary

Leading a global team, the full-time remote Software Test Automation Manager will drive the design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks, ensuring quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle while mentoring automation engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the test automation strategy and roadmap across multiple projects
• Lead and mentor a global team of automation engineers, establishing best practices in coding and test design
• Architect and maintain automation frameworks for web, API, and backend testing while integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with coding for test automation in an agile environment
• Strong experience in Playwright and Selenium for automation framework design
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger
• Supervisory experience leading teams in a technology setting
