Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the JTS/FAST testing efforts, the contract-based Software Test Engineer will perform manual and automated testing, develop and maintain test documentation, and ensure quality assurance for software modules in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain test cases, scenarios, scripts, and data for JTS/FAST software
• Conduct manual, automated, and regression testing, and support the full software testing lifecycle
• Analyze and report software defects and ensure compliance with testing standards and project procedures

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum environments and test automation frameworks
• Proficiency in designing, executing, and maintaining manual test cases for complex software systems
• Experience with testing APIs and interoperability in distributed environments
• Active NATO Secret Security Clearance is required
