Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Engineer who will focus on software quality assurance and test automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and execute test plans and test cases for software development
• Code, modify, and troubleshoot automated test scripts
• Collaborate with team members to identify testing requirements and contribute to product release documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role in an agile software development organization
• 2+ years of experience in a software test engineering role or similar coding of automated tests
• Recent hands-on experience with Selenium and Postman
• Proficiency in testing all layers of line-of-business software applications
• Basic coding skills for writing automated test scripts using PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages
