Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Test Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans for software features on Layer 3 protocols and high availability
• Automate test cases using Python for various software features
• Design network topologies for performance testing using commercial traffic generator tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive experience as a Software Test Engineer or related roles
• Experience with Layer 3 protocols including IPV4, IPV6, and IPSEC
• Proficiency in Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies
• Experience using Python programming and traffic generator tools from IXIA and SPIRENT
