Software Tester

Job Summary

Software Tester, this is a remote contract position responsible for managing the full testing lifecycle, leading application testing efforts, and ensuring system integrity through quality control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including requirements gathering and test plan design
• Lead application testing efforts and coordinate with analysts and developers for proper implementation
• Develop and execute data-driven test plans and ensure compliance with accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience in application design, development, or testing
• At least six years of experience in developing and managing test plans and documentation
• Five or more years of experience with quality control procedures for testing implementation
• Strong SQL skills and experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium
• Proven leadership experience in managing contractor staff and guiding testing teams
