Software Tester

Job Summary

To support testing efforts for enterprise web applications, the contract-to-hire Software Tester will execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing while creating automated test scripts and collaborating with Agile teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute various testing types including functional, smoke, and regression for new features and enhancements
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and perform API testing with tools like Postman
• Log and track defects, collaborating with developers and product owners during Agile ceremonies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of QA/software testing experience with enterprise web applications
• 3+ years of automation experience using Selenium WebDriver
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing purposes
