Software Tester

Job Summary

To support testing efforts for enterprise web applications, the contract-to-hire Software Tester will execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing while creating and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute various testing types, including functional, smoke, and regression testing for new features and enhancements
• Create and maintain automated test scripts and clear, traceable test cases aligned with requirements
• Perform API testing and validate application data using SQL queries across UI, API, and database layers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of QA/software testing experience within enterprise web applications
• 3+ years of automation experience using Selenium WebDriver
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing purposes
