Software Tester

Job Summary

To support testing efforts for enterprise web applications in a regulated environment, the contract-to-hire Software Tester will execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing while creating and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, all in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute various testing types including functional, smoke, regression, and end-to-end for new features and enhancements
• Create and maintain automated test scripts and clear, traceable test cases aligned with requirements
• Collaborate with developers and product owners in Agile ceremonies while logging and tracking defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of QA/software testing experience within enterprise web applications
• 3+ years of automation experience using Selenium WebDriver
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing purposes
