Software Testing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Testing Manager to provide leadership and oversight of software testing and quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all software testing activities, including various testing types and ensure compliance with standards
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with program milestones
• Manage defect identification, tracking, and resolution coordination with relevant teams

Required Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Five (5) years of experience supporting testing activities within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments
• Experience in managing testing teams or leading structured testing efforts
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
