Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Testing Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure systems meet standards and user requirements
• Lead tests on software and IT systems, ensuring proper operation and defect-free performance
• Document test results, support analysis, and report on problem resolution progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Advanced certifications in testing or quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA)
