Design effective, engaging, and high-quality content for adult learners
Conduct needs analysis calls to gather training requirements and understand customized setups
Deliver virtual instructor-led training for customers and create custom learning objectives and content

Required Qualifications:

Experience creating and delivering virtual instructor-led training
Experience communicating directly with customers outside of training sessions
Prior software training experience
Knowledge of adult learning best practices
Experience creating content from scratch
